Attendance and absence
We aim to be flexible with nursery days and sessions to best meet your child's needs. If circumstances changer please do talk to us and we will try to support you and your family. If your child is absent from nursery please phone to let us know. We will contact you if your child is absent and we do not hear from you. If your child is absent and we have wellbeing concerns and cannot contact you we may inform Early Help or Children's Services.

Health
Please inform us when starting nursery of any health needs your child has, including but not limited to dietary needs, allergies, asthma, eczema.
SEN special educational needs
If your child has a developmental delay or diagnosis, or if you are aware of additional learning or physical needs it is very important that you talk to us about these before starting nursery. This is so we can identify what the nursery can do to support you and your child, and helps us liaise with other professionals.
